Mansfield Park, Jane Austen (I found Fanny Price a bit dumb in the novel)
My Mother, Georges Bataille (caricatured, the movie is more subtle, this is rare isn't?)
Angels & Insects, Antonia Susan Byatt (well written, but I love the movie more)
Interview with the Vampire, Anne Rice (I found the movie less cold)
Hamlet, William Shakespeare (better to the theater/in movies than read, for me at least, don't hate me)
King Lear, William Shakespeare (I can't like any characters)
Titus Andronicus, William Shakespeare (the one with Jessica Lange and Anthony Hopkins)
