I'm a little embarrassed that I finished reading so few books this year. And from looking at this list, no one would EVER believe that I have a degree in English Literature. I still can't believe I read those Twilight books. I plead temporary insanity. I can't read Tolstoy and Proust all the time, right? In order to establish my literary snob cred, I promise that in 2009, I will finish reading Anna Karenina. And I will reread some classics so that I appear appropriately literary.
