Author Comments:
One of my New Years Resolutions is to read at least 100 books this year. That is only 9 more than I read last year, so its achievable.
UPDATE: I have three weeks left in which to read 12 books. That ends up being 4 books a week! Yikes...I'd better get going.

What did you think of The Second Assistant? Are you planning on reading The First Assistant when it's released in June?
I enjoyed The Second Assistant . But then I really like chick-lit, so maybe I don't have very discriminating taste. I like reading about worlds that differ so widely from mine. I was sad when I finished the book, I wanted it to keep going. I didn't know there was a sequel coming, but I will definitely check it out!
That's interesting, because I had the same reaction to the book, and in fact flipped it back over and re-read it right afterwards, even though I usually read no chick-lit at all. I cannot wait for the sequel.
Warm love from Vermont, cmonster
