More to be added!

I read A Scanner Darkly this week for the same purpose.
I haven't heard of most of the books or movies you have listed.

A Scanner Darkly is definitely one I should add to my TBR (to be read) list. Some of the titles I've got on my list are movies that I'd never heard of until I started looking up authors that I have read on IMDb, just to see if there were any adaptations. I'm still working on this list... when I have time!

IMBd?

IMDb is a great online movie database with heaps of info about any movie you can think of (cast lists, reviews, forums, quotes, trivia etc.) You can look up a movie title, an actor's name, whatever. I was looking up random authors just to see if anything popped up (for example there are about 50 different versions of Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland). Check it out...

Oscar and Lucinda is something I am reading right now for my book club. We are gathering in mid-November to discuss the book and then watch the movie and then to discuss in relation to each other.
