this last summer i recently became reaquainted with the ablity to read whst ever i wanted. for the last year and a half i have been in school and haven't had much time for outside reading. i decided to see what this harry potter thing was all about and was instantly hooked. i read the first three books in the same number of days and then waited impatiently for 2 weeks for the fourth book. that was definatly the best reading i did. the tom wolfe book was awful and i didn't really like scar vegas either. although the writing style in both house of leaves and heartbreaking work was interesting the books didn't live up to my expectations. the rest were good and i reccomend them. well so much for my ranting...

What'd you think of A Heartbreaking Work.... I picked up a copy but have yet to tackle it.

I liked it, but it wasn't as good as I had expected. I liked the style of it at first, but I got tired of it towards the end. Overall I would say it was good and I reccomend reading it, it just wasn't as good as maybe it could have been. :)
