  • November 25th 2006:
  • NEXT FWF SHOW to be held in Runkst-Hasselt, Belgium
  • November 25th 2006:
  • NEXT BWS SHOW to be held in Boom, Belgium
  • October 29th 2006:
  • FWF HALLOWEEN BONEFIRE to be held in Schaffen-Diest, Belgium. The "WWE Legend" will not be there as scheduled and will make an appearance at a later (undetermined) date. Instead US indy standout Shaka will be booked on this show to appease disappointed and violently angry fans. The card so far gets very appealing as a gauntlet match will pit all the FWF young guns against one another, Rob Raw will face Anthony Zeus, Jack Demento will face Tommy End (very intriguing, this) and Belgian champ Dr. Gangreen will defend his title against his "loving stalker" Mot Van Kunder, in a casket match no less!
  • October 28th 2006:
  • BWS ALL HOLLOW'S EVE to be held in Boom, Belgium. Will feature a -yawn- "trios" main-event as The Extreme Agressors (any combination of Vito Toscani, Oger, Fury and Steve Taurus, apparently) face Wesley Croton, Terry Daniels & Anthony Zeus.
  • September 30th 2006:
  • BWS ALIVE 'N' KICKING held in Boom, Belgium. One big storyline development emerged out of the Bernard Vandamme & Kid Metal vs. Vito Toscani & THC (really Fury in disguise) main event as Vito aligned with the faces and broke away from the Ultimate Agressors faction... The Xtreme Agressors didn't fare well anyway as Oger & Steve Taurus (replacing an allegedly injured Fury) lost to The DLC Bros Eddy & Jamie. Other notable results include two surprising wins as Terry Daniels beat Vries Kastelein and Wesley Croton beat Tommy End.
  • September 16th 2006:
  • WXW WORLD LIGHTWEIGHT TOURNAMENT held in Essen, Germany. WXW proved furthermore it is the leading pro-wrestling federation in north-western Europe with this awesome 4-hour long show. The only very weird and funny thing for us is that all allegiances of fighters are switched in wXw compared to other federations in the dutch-belgian-german zone eg Tommy End, Wesley Croton, Murat Bosporus and Ares get cheered in wXw while Emil Sitoci is incredibly despised. The world lightweight tournament (personal opinion: said tourney should have been just that, a tourney with a trophy handed out to the winner, it shouldn't have had the wXw lightweight title up for grabs as a stipulation) boasted at least three "five star matches" including but not restricted to Pac vs El Generico, Ricky Marvin vs Taiji Ishimori and the final five-man elimination bout (personal note to oneself: yippeee, you've seen Mike Quackenbush live). The heavyweight title bout between Ares and Baron van Hagen was 32 minutes of high impact high intensity highly believable wrestling which makes it only sadder that it was the Baron's next to last match (he calls it a career on december's wXw show). The filler matches helped advance the wXw ongoing storylines (apparently the return of one Iceman to the ring is a very big deal for the german fans) but were not purveyor of great wrestling moments. All in all, still, this, if only on the basis of the (truly) World Lightweight Tournament, turns up in the top 3 of best european wrestling shows we've seen so far and arguably vying for top spot...
  • September 9th 2006:
  • FWF FULL FORCE 3 held in Torhout, Belgium. The third annual edition of the supercard that ushered in the modern age of belgian pro-wrestling held many promises for the future of FWF. The main-event saw the good guys (Rob Raw, Jack D, Cobra, Jixxau and Farmer Boy) prevail over the bad guys (The Bull, Dr. Gangreen, Thorax, Homeless Tom & Mr. Fabulous) in retaliation for the events of the undercard: FWF champion The Bull retained his belt against Python, Dr. Gangreen won the Belgian title in a three-way against Jack Demento and Mot Van Kunder (still faithful to the struggling group) and The Scum of Society (Thorax and Homeless Tom) retained the FWF tag-team belts by defeating The Nightstalkers, The Snake Pitt and Anthony Zeus&Tommy End (whose actual presence was a good sign of FWF's upcoming fortunes). Other results from this show: Rob Raw beat Gabriel Angelfyre (another good sign that things are swinging back up here), Gabriel Angelfyre defeated B-Wire and Mr. Fabulous won against Jixxau.
  • September 3rd 2006:
  • BWS AFTERBURN held in Boom, Belgium. The booker(s) definitely insisted on running around in circles as the three-man tag bout main-event was once again won by the Ultimate Agressors (Vito, Oger & Fury) against Vries Kastelein, Antrominus & El Grande Mastrodiente. It should be noted here that both Antrominus and El Grande Mastrodiente look suspiciously enough like two established superstars from the roster put under masks to create the semblance of new wrestlers !!! No surprise came out of the undercard as Kid Metal continued to enjoy an undeserved push (he beat Gabriel Angelfyre), Terry Daniels kept losing (here against Jamie De La CombĂ©), Steve Taurus didn't accept a booking to look at the lights (he was put over T-Quila) and Mot Van Kunder & Panther Boy remained the most entertaining characters of the group (which makes their masked ubiquity even more perplexing). The rest of the results: Tengkwa defeated Eddy De La CombĂ© (these two have such chemistry, a best-of-seven series should be put together for their program) and Anthony Zeus beat Tommy End (how things can be so different from one fed from another is quite funny on our german/dutch/belgian scene).
  • August 6th 2006:
  • BWS SUMMER SHOWDOWN would have been held in Boom and was cancelled, according to the BWS officials, because of the heatwave suffered in Belgium in july and early august. Other sources indicate inner turmoil in the locker room and too many of the dutch wrestlers being on holiday forced the decision to cancel.
  • July 29th 2006:
  • FWF SUMMER STORM IN SCHRIEK held in Schriek (Heist op den Berg), Belgium. Promoted on the grounds of a cancelled Mad Cow vs. Emil Sitoci main-event which would have seen Mad Cow back in the ring after a nine-month injury hiatus, this 3-hour long show still deleivered lots of entertainment, in a great part due to the contributions of dutch pro-wrestler Mot Van Kunder. Two major title changes happened in this show that was sadly attended only by roughly my girlfriend's and my family: Jack Demento, forced to wrestle singles after his storyline bro Jake retired from the competition, pinned Dr. Gangreen to lift the Belgian title and The Bull upset Rob Raw for the FWF title in a lumberjack match following outrageously blatant interference by The Bull's lackeys.
  • July 8th 2006:
  • BWS BAD TO THE BONES held in Boom, Belgium. Featured a very predictable card and booking and exactly the same kind of main-event as the first BWS show. More sad, the appearance of the german hot prospect Bad Bones (hence the name of the show) was cancelled after the wrestler was caught in a car accident. One real highlight of the card though was the return of Rico Suave to competition.
  • July 7th 2006:
  • FWF CRAZY CATCH held in Ramsel, Belgium. This show was a moderate in-ring success as the team took off in a new direction after part of the roster left for the BWS but a great audience success as more than 200 people showed up. Matches worthy of mention saw hometown hero Rob Raw reclaim the held-up FWF title against top contender The Bull, new tag-team The Scum of Society (Thorax&Homeless Tom) beat the Demento Brothers for the FWF tag-team title and belgian champion Dr. Gangreen win a battle-royal which included newcomers Farmer Boy, Nightstalker 2, Jixxau & Mister Fabulous.
  • May 20th 2006:
  • BWS ULTIMATE AGRESSION held in Boom, Belgium. Due to recent shady developments, the huge BWS vs. FWF feud is not taking place. All signs show that the two entities are actually not going to work together as Thorax and the Demento Brothers, FWF wrestlers scheduled for this BWS show, did eventually not appear on the show. Highlight of the evening definitely went to the main-event which pitted four three-man teams against one another. Vito Toscani & The Extreme Agressors won over Steve Venom & The De La Combe brothers, Patterson, ICE & Anthony Zeus and Mot Van Kunder, Panther Boy & Adam Polak. The undercard had good matches but the BWS officials really need buy better corner pads and wrap the ring ropes in adhesive tape.
  • May 2nd 2006:
  • ICWA REVOLUTION III held in Bruay sur l'Escaut, France. This show definitely was a breakthrough for this french company... About 400 people attended an eveningful of action (start 7:30pm end 11:30pm) which was especially highlighted by the huge main-event which saw ICWA heavyweight champion (among other titles) The Anarchist Doug Williams and Joe E Legend beat GHC (Pro Wrestling NOAH) tag champions Mohammed Yone & Takeshi Morishima... The undercard also got the crowd going wild for both the homegrown talent (Phoenix, Pierre "Booster" Fontaine, Tag-team Demolition.Fr, women's champ Brooklyn) as well as imported stars such as ICWA lightweight champ Wonderkid Jonny Storm, UK top high-flyer Majik, ICWA tag champs The UK Pitbulls (Bulk, weighing over 300 kilos, is quite a sight) and Germany's New Superstar Stevie Douglas, Bad Bones and Ares. A special mention must be made for former ICWA women's champ Bulla Punk who wrestles great, has a crisp character and knows how to work the crowd and was back in the ring for a run-in spot after her second pregnancy. It was high-quality througout, both in the ring and outside and ICWA is definitely a federation to support and endorse in continental european wrestling. link
  • April 26th 2006:
  • WWE-RAW WRESTLEMANIA REVENGE TOUR held in Brussels (Forest-National), Belgium. DID NOT ATTEND but apprently WWE did not cheapshot the audience too much with a real gallery of true superstars on attendance including Triple H, Ric Flair, Shawn Michaels, John Cena and Trish Stratus along the expected (and delivered) irrelevant filler matches.
  • April 9th 2006:
  • FCW/GWS SLAMZONE III held in Eindhoven, Netherlands. DID NOT ATTEND but the sight of The Bull losing his FCW title and the big main event between Joe E Legend and Harry Smith (son of the late British Bulldog Davey Boy Smith) must both have been sweet moments.
  • April 2nd 2006:
  • EZW LINNER WARZONE held in Linne, Netherlands. The inaugural show from this new dutch federation featured a stellar cast and breathtaking matches. Honors go to the high-intensity, high-level main-event between Tremendous Emil Sitoci and Joe Legend, the high-flying festival of Urban Assault Squad (Patterson & Taboo) against the DLC Brothers (Eddy & Jamie De La Combe) and the tremendously enjoyable huge straight guy vs. small funny guy match of Baron Van Hagen vs. Mot Van Kunder. Kudos also have to go to Tengkwa, Tommy End, Terry Daniels, Wesley Croton and the High Class Catch Club (Adam Polak & Vries Kastelein). The FWF team on hand (Rob Raw, Sniper and Steve Venom) had a good 3-way match and Steve also had an enjoyable streetfight with local hero Remco Haldermans. Sadly, the attendance turnout was way, way, waaaay below the most reasonable expectations. Link
  • March 4th 2006:
  • FWF CONQUEST OF THE WEST held in Torhout, Belgium. This new outing from Belgium's finest was their best show so far. Every match was worthwile, intense and smooth. The opening tag bout between wrestlers from the german WxW federation was nice, Dr. Gangreen retained his BWS title in a three-way against Kid Metal and Thorax, Homeless Tom pinned Steve Venom in a streetfight, hometown hero (and postman in real life) Black Cobra pinned Eclipse, FCW competitors Eddy De La Combe and T-Quila had a hard-fought aerial bout won by Eddy DLC and in the main event Rob raw and the Demento Brothers beat Eddy DLC, Sniper and the Nightstalker. The show ended with kind of a draft between Rob Raw and FWF champion Salvatore Bellomo which included all the night's competitors plus FCW champion the Bull and Terry "The Brick" Daniels, which holds much promise for FWF upcoming shows as the roster has now significantly expanded. More info here
  • November 12th:
  • FWF TOTAL WARFARE held in Boom, Belgium. The follow-up to Full Force 2 featured FWF champion Salvatore Bellomo retaining his belt in a surprisingly one-sided bout against dutch wild brawler Mad Cow. Highlights of the night included The Demento Brothers executing a textbook Doomsday Device in honor of their idols The Road Warriors, hometown hero Steve Venom launching himself from the second rope to the arena floor onto his opponent and a fatal four-way "belt on a pole" to designate the first BWS champion, the new secondary title from the Future Wrestling Force. This show appeared to be a financial success as well, which predicts a nice future for this small but growing federation.
  • September 24th:
  • FCW WRESTLEBLAST 6 held in Geleen, Netherlands. This annual supercard held its promises though sadly the attendance numbers were much less than the previous years... Highlights of the night included the hard-hitting bout between former partners Rico Suave and Vito Toscani, the high-spot-filled tag-team main-event pitting Bernard Vandamme and Emil Sitoci against Bas Van Kunder and Cybernic Machine and the crazy brawl between Prince Zefy and Mad Cow. FCW is definitely an european federation on which to keep an eye for future shows. link
  • September 2nd:
  • FWF FULL FORCE 2 held in Ramsel, Belgium in front of 150 people. We've been highly surprised by the level of wrestling displayed here by the local guys... Two matches featured wrestlers from the dutch FCW company and they obviously were more experienced than the FWF wrestlers but still a very enjoyable show and definitely the best pro-wrestling show ever held by a belgian federation... Main event featured the international veteran of WWF and ECW fame, "Wildman" Salvatore Bellomo. link

In my opinion usage of legal steroids is harmful because it only gives short term satisfaction but it has many negative effects.
