No picks were from memory... For a fresh 2006 perspective, all songs were listened to prior to making selections.
Check out my ELVIS PRESLEY list. 78 favorite songs covering 1954-1969.

I fell asleep to Patsy Cline's 12 Greatest Hits last night, and I probably will do the same tonight. Luckily, it has all the songs you listed on it...
I love Buddy Holly, and I'm not sure I could ever whittle his songs down to a top six as you have admirably done. Good show!
Shalom, y'all!

Your post got me curious so I went to Amazon.com to look at what's on Pasty Cline's 12 Greatest Hits... If I expanded my list to 12 songs, there would be one other song from that collecton that I would consider putting on it.
When you finish listening to it, let me know what the standouts were.
I Fall to Pieces is an unbelievable song. Good picks for Patsy Cline!
Thanks!
My own favorite of hers changes every so often. Right now, I can't seem to get enough of Leavin' on Your Mind.
