Liz Phair has been around a long time. Exile in Guyville is one of the great debut albums ever. I hate to use the word brilliant but I think it applies. The new album is a failed attempt to go pop. She doesn't play the guitar on the album and "the Matrix" even wrote some of the songs (including the single on MTV). Makes me sad.
yeah, her song on MTV sucks.
