I have bought tickets for two local concerts:
Heather Nova (10th September) and
Cara Dillon (9th October).

I know very little about either but have heard very good reports, and both concerts are local -
at The Stables - owned and run by Cleo Laine and Johnny Dankworth.

A chap at work loaned me a CD by Gillian Welch - Time (The Revelator) to which I would certainly recommend a listen.
