I think, for me, Things Fall Apart has to be one of, in not the, best albums of the 90s. In fact, ablums one through four would probably rank among my favorite albums, period. Which makes 99 a good year for music.

NB: I wanted to include David Holmes' This Film's Crap, Let's Slash the Sheets here, but it was first released on Go! Discs in 95, although it wasn't released in NA until 1999.
