Who's missing?

I hope you're not counting personality.

If you're not, I nominate Jenniffer Love Hewitt, Jenna Jameson, and Paris Hilton.

Either way, I nominate Pamela Anderson.

As with any list of this kind, it'd be better if the names were linked to good images of them.

I'd be delighted to provide some decent photos but ones i've saved of favourites (Adjani, Charisse, Brooks, Rani Mukherjee, Hatcher, Monroe, Marceau, Seymour, Connelly, Bellucci, Muti, Stone, Hayworth, Holly) i can't transfer here unfortunately.

you can't upload them to some place like or

EDIT: Or, they aren't family-friendly, I'm now guessing...

Nothing x-rated, ha. No, it's cos i've not mastered the art of transferring onto websites rather than just my own outlook express/records etc! I need some more computer training!

If you don't mind, I'd like to help :-)

What format are these images in, now? Like, are they sitting in a folder on your hard drive as JPEGs, or are they still in Outlook Express as email attachments? Or, what?

I caught a few minutes of Forbidden Planet last night and thought I'd suggest Anne Francis for your list. The movie stills really don't do her justice.

Bibi Andersson but no Harriet Andersson? Others that come to mind: Garbo, Carole Lombard, Jeanne Moreau, Faye Wong, Jane Greer, Françoise Dorléac, Virginie Ledoyen. Still, glad to see Setsuko Hara, Gloria Grahame, Anna Karina amongst others

I'm glad you've included some older women on this list, as well as dead ones.

Rani Mukerji born on March 21, 1978, is an Indian film actress who works in Bollywood movies. Making her acting debut with Raja Ki Aayegi Baraat (1996), Mukerji had her first commercial success with Karan Johar's romance Kuch Kuch Hota Hai (1998), her biggest hit so far, and won a Filmfare Best Supporting Actress Award for her performance in the film. She later starred in many films, most of which fared below expectations. She re-invented her image with Saathiya (2002), which was commercially and critically successful.

kinda gets confusing as there are different reasons for women registering as attractive... Jenna Jameson yes, Audry Hepburn yes BUT they certainly weren't in the same sort of catagory so it sort of turns out being like trying to compare fast to strong in athletics... need to parse it out better with multiple lists

stories and confirmations count i guess... Ava Gardner was supposedly just fabulous... pretty i guess but i really never got it that much... the statements made by those OF HER TIME just went on and on about how beautiful she was... must have been better in person than on film i would suppose

I can tell it is probably true from her photos even though she was before my time... I heard an old timer talking about Hedy Lamar and saying she was simply so breathtakingly beautiful that when she walked into restaurants conversation would just stop as people turned to look at her... and that directors were warned to stop doing so many close ups of her because they had a tendency to continually zoom in on her face... she had a sort of a strange accent, Austrian i think, but they worked on that and ignored the drawback because with a face like hers they just had to put it on the screen... she sort of "plained down" by the time of Samson and Delilah but look at her early photos where I would say "breathtaking" is not too strong a word.... kind of a brainiac as well i guess as she holds patents on some sort of torpedo guidance technology that is still in use as well as a patent which has later turned out to be very important for cell phone technology... first time i really took a closer look at the old time HL is when the Colonel Potter character on MASH whet on about her... simply BEAUTIFUL will work as an HL description

it's a nice list as it includes even people that i really don't think of much anymore... for instance Linda Fiorentino, don't think of her much but i always had to do a stop and gawk whenever she came on screen... think i'll copy the list off and think about it for awhile... sometimes i do get the feeling if an actresses breasts hung out just recently then that actress too easily jumps into the "most beautiful" lists... somehow most beautiful description seems it should be more for a Julie Christie than a Jenna Jameson but that's just me i guess
