My introduction to the Beatles was as a kid making my way through my parents' LP collection. The first time I heard the orchestral crescendo in "A Day in the Life," I was certain I had broken the stereo! As they had hocked many of their records when they were young and poor ("...and stupid," as Dad says), there are considerable chunks of the Beatles discography which I'm just now discovering on CD.
Bold indicates CDs in my collection. Italicized items are owned in cassette or other inferior form. I haven't bothered including LPs since I do not own a turntable any longer (and as far as I know, years in storage may have made them too warped to play now anyway). Everything else is on my wishlist.
