These are all bands that have broken up in the last few years that will definitely be missed, by myself at the very least.
* Okay so The Pixies broke up more then a few years ago but I just got into their stuff recently so I've only started mourning recently. I figured that counted. Hey, it's my list.
* The Pumpkins are sort of still around although they have announced their impending demise. They're still touring and plan to release an album of B-sides at some point, but then they're gone.
* As for Weezer, I had heard that they had broken up but then someone told me they were coming out with a new album. I figure I'd include them so someone could set me straight.
