assuming the acts continued working into the 90s, i restricted myself entirely to the 80s releases...

Nice list

thank you.

Pixies, pixies, pixies!

Every time I listen to them I can't believe they were 80's...

Man Taryn, there are some really good albums on here. Its good to see you like The Smiths, depeche Mode, The Cure, Echo and The Bunnymen and most importantly The Pixies. You have good taste. I jst endorsed your ass!

thank you, thank you, and thank you! my ass is totally honored... (heehee)

what about Crowded House?

you know, i was never a big crowded house fan. i think i have a couple dubs of their albums, but never *craved* them. you're right though--i don't think their stuff aged horribly like other artists' have.

Of course, the big secret about Crowded House is that as their popularity dried up entirely here in America, they actually became an even better band. Their best album, Woodface, was released in 1991, quite a while after their major chartings in America.

It was our loss. Hey, I have my copy...

Shalom, y'all!

Good call. I frequently forget they were 80's.
