- A music genre I'm struggling to understand, but am greatly interested in and satisfied with. I've hardly gotten into the basics of this genre compared to others. But I'll add much more as soon as I like what I hear.
- Last note- although I title this as having any reference to minimal music, I do not refer to classic tracks under the "minimalism" genre by music pioners such as Mike Oldfield or Tangerine Dream.

Author Comments:
Although I did go in and make this list from scratch I must add that it was influenced from Darktremor's Top 100 "Minimal" (and neo-trance) tracks of All Time - aka: the worst name possible goes to the best dance genre.

Everyone just calls this stuff "minimal" now. There's so many subcategories and tangents now that I've given up trying to classify the "minimal" scene. It's just too creative right now to pin it down.
I have more good tracks for you though (in this general sound):
Wighnomy Brothers & Robag Wruhme - Draw Halcyon Days
Ricardo Villalobos - Que Belle Epoque 2006
International Pony - Our House - Papa
Dominik Eulberg - Die Trottellummen Von Helgoland
Ame - Rej
Audion - Mouth to Mouth
Martin Buttrich - Full Clip
My My - Eleventh Hour
Trentemoller - Moan (vocal version)
Cobblestone Jazz - India in Me
Wighnomy Brothers - Pele Bloss
Carsten Jost - Uccellini
Paul Brtschitsch - Twirl
The Rice Twins - For Dan
Dominik Eulberg - Der Purpurrote Sonnenuntergang Am Schilfumsaeumten Bergsee
DJ Koze - Brutalga Square
Voigt & Voigt - Vision 03
Anja Schneider & Sebo K - Rancho Relaxo (Pan-Pot Remix)
Those are my current favorites. Enjoy :)
Good list, BTW, very good tracks on there.
Thank you very much for your suggestions- I will most likely be searching for these FIRST and FOREMOST when I get my own computer back. It's such an annoyance to have it sent in to Toshiba, I can't do anything on someone else's computer. Thus, this list will be the same for a while.
But I have great interest for this area, so I'll be on the lookout for these songs- again, Thank you. :)
No prob :)
I set up a new list on my profile for the top 100 "minimal" tracks of all time. That might help you out too.
