I would add:

Monster/ R.E.M. (near the bottom)
Throwing Copper/ Live
...and of course the GLORIOUS Crooked Rain, Crooked Rain/ Pavement
Duly noted. I completely forgot about the glorious Crooked Rain, Crooked Rain--a great album.
The others just kind of strike me as sort of boring "mallternative" records . . . but I'll be the first to admit that I am an elitist music snob so disregard me!
O trust me I am too...I was just dusting off the shelf of my memory of 1994.
Looking over your list, I gotta say it was a fine year. A few that I like:
Sleeps With Angels - Neil Young & Crazy Horse
Brutal Youth - Elvis Costello
Twice Removed - Sloan
The Impossible Bird - Nick Lowe
Mirror Blue - Richard Thompson
