Comments welcome.
I need to see some Asian films such as:
2046
House of Flying Daggers
3-Iron
Pulse
Tears of a Black Tiger
Cloned From:

Add to that Asian list 3-Iron, Pulse, and Tears of a Black Tiger. Arguably my three favorite films of the last 6 years.
Problem is that I have seen none of these. But 3-Iron seems definetly interesting.
I meant add them to your "to see" Asian list.
Done.
Good stuff. The only one there I didn't care too much for was The Aviator which to me was Martin Scorsese shouting to the whole world, "Yes...yes, it's true...I HAVE OFFICIALLY SOLD OUT!" But it's not bad, just seeing that kind of routine Hollywood grandstanding from the same guy who made Mean Streets is so disappointing.
I don't know. I found The Aviator to be a typical Scorsese-film too. Stylistically it contains all of Marty's typical elements. Of course, it is still completely different from Mean Streets or Who's That Knocking at my Door?, or his other early works.
But thanks for the feedback.
