Rated out of Five Stars

Hmm, rough rating for The Aviator.

Care to discuss?

Well, maybe it deserves closer to 3 stars, but the thing is, when I left the theater I remember thinking, "Man, I don't really care to ever see that again". Personally, I think Leo was miscast and I think the academy will not be as generous as the Golden Globes. You can almost sense on stage that Leo was shocked himself, almost embarrased, to receive the Globe.

I will be VERY happy to see Scorcese win Oscar gold for direction though, if it happens.

Go see Million Dollar Baby, its my favorite movie I have see so far in 05. An I agree with teh 2 1/2 fot the aviator, its was ok but overall pretty boring.

You should come down for the Superbowl

yeah! nice too see Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou as your highest rated! i love the bit where we see a side shot of steve walkiing with a gun (on his own) in a room of like 20 pirates! and the line

"how did you find uot you had a son?"
"I read it in an article about myself.i fgured they checked their facts "

that had me in stitches! Another great movie from mastermind of film, Wes Anderson

Sin City, and cant wait for Kingdom of heaven in May, and a shitty StarWars to follow it
