- Ed Wood - **** This very funny and often heartbreakingly sad movie tells the story of Edward D. Wood Jr., the man who is arguably the worst director of all time. One of the things that makes it different from most movies today is the fact that director Tim Burton filmed in black and white, instead of color. I think that this worked really well for the movie, because it totally transported you back to the 1940's in a way that a color film would not have been able to do.

This movie is great. The Best from Johnny Depp ive seen. great!
FaveLine:
Edward: Well..Do You Have A Script?
Guy At Counter: F*ck No! but we have a poster
That definetly seems to be the philosophy behind most movies today, dream up a cool poster and you've got a movie.
and it always Fails
Yeah, the sad thing about movies today is that is has to appeal to 75% of the people out there, and 75% of the people out there are yobs, so they make so many bad movies, and they do really well..... it is really depressing....
The Clever movie is a lost art..maybe im not sure. i mean i do enjoy alot the cool summer blockbusters (Spider-man 1 & 2) but i MUCH Prefer The More in-depth, dark, movies such as "Fight Club" "Donnie Darko" And "Royal Tenenbaums" . so i cant say.but you sure do have a point. i think the thing is that maybe one reason that movies are not as in-depth as before maybe be a couple of reasons. maybe its becomming easier to make and sell your movie, maybe its just that tastes are changing and thats always a good thing, but also..dont forget how you got there...
(PS-very sorry for the delay)
Yeah, your probably right. Tastes are changing, but unfortuanetly my taste is not changing along with it..... ;)
is Ed wood the only 1994 film you've seen, ive seen a few from 1994 but ed wood is my favourite
actually no i forgot "pulp fiction" was 1994, thats my fave! lol
Yeah, Pulp Fictions cool.
Nope, but I haven't had time to put more up.
