- Badlands - **** Terrence Malick's first movie I believe. This is definetly on my top 10 list. Kit and Holly blast their way across the Midwest in a crime spree that would make Bonnie and Clyde jealous. If you liked Drugstore Cowboy, and thought that Natural Born Killers was a total waste of celluoid, then you shouldn't miss this. It's not a flashy movie, but its overwhemingly powerfull. One of the best crime movies ever.
