- He breaks this into Heavyweights, Middleweights, and Lightweights, and each is broken into Tiers. He then explains why he likes EACH movie. This collection of 9 lists comprise what I think is the best 'List' on the site.
- Favorite Actors by jim
- Also see his Favorite Directors list. The best part is he breaks them into sub-categories that really work.
- Animated Movies, My Personal Ranking by jim
- I am not the only one to clone (and reorder) this list.
- Disappointing Movies by jim
- Again, I like it when people will have the nads to go against the grain and have the intelligence to explain why.

- Favorite Musicals, and my Favorite Songs from Them by AAA
- For a 15 y/o to have viewed all of these movies is amazing, but for him to critically analyze them and have a preference and actual favorite song from the show is remarkable.
- Favorites: The best by genre and decade by AAA
- Favorites: All of my Favorite Everything by AAA
- Again, for a 15 y/o to hang it out there on such a public and adult forum, you gotta give him credit!

- I only wish there was more content. Not that I wish Dan was THAT affected by more movies, but I didn't want the list to end.

These lists are the ones I think require the most thought, creativity, and/or balls to post.
There are a lot of OBJECTIVE lists out there that just reprint awards results (The Oscar Award for Lighting from 1932-2001) or cut-and-paste articles from other sites (MY OWN "Parodies" section from The Editing Room reposts). While these add content to the site and are worthwhile information or fun,
I FEEL that the most significant posts on this site are the SUBJECTIVE lists that make you think, that present an opinion, that hang it out there. Lists that can't really be quantitatively determined (although lots of us, including me, still try to rate or assign a number to them). Lists that say, "I really hate this kind of stuff" even though you know that vast majority likes them. Lists that not only say, "I like this movie," but also give a good detailed argument as to WHY they like the movie.
As I sift through each member's content, I'll add to the list. If I haven't posted a list by you, then I probably haven't gone through your content since I started the list (or I didn't find a list I thought belonged in the "Best Lists of Listology").
This is an unordered list and is alphabetic by Listology member name. The exception is that Jim's lists appear at the top, and that's because they are truly the best. It shouldn't be surprising that someone who took the time to build this site is passionate about his entertainment lists.
