Others that are bad: Hell Money, Hollywood A.D., GenderBender, Shapes, Fearful Symmetry, Kaddish, Lord of the Flies.
You could have listed any or all of the episodes from the last three seasons or so and i would have agreed. A best episode list is relevant, but for worst episodes - those last seasons were garbage in my opinion. :(
You can check out my list of the 25 best episodes. It was a lot more fun to make - and a lot more difficult since there are so many great shows. It reflects your comments by not featuring even one episode from seasons 7-9.
However, I disagree that those seasons were garbage. I actually like a good portion of Season 8. I feel like the addition of Doggett gave the show a second wind. He was a good character and the loss of Mulder actually gave Scully some new things to do. Via Negative, Redrum, Roadrunners, This Is Not Happening/Deadalive, Medusa... all quality television. I think it's 7 and 9 that had the fewest moments of brightness.
Agree with many of these. Though I think I would've found room for "Hell Money".
