I don't have as much of Dylan's stuff as I do Neil's.
For some strange reason, you can find most of
Neil's albums in bargain bins and used book stores
easily. Bob's are harder, like my local store
wants $18 for that copy of Hard Rain I've never
seen anywhere else. Also, much of the stuff I
find unlistenable, like the Christian period.
But there's some cool Dylan out there, just not
as esoteric as Neil.

My personal favorite is "Blonde On Blonde" but I love "John Wesley Harding" and "Blood on the Tracks".

10 albums, and you couldn't find room for Highway 61 Revisited, Blonde on Blonde, or Freewheelin' Bob Dylan?

Boy, I forget to log into this list for 3 months
and all kinds of stuff has happened...

I got tired of the big 3 from the mid-60s.
They get overplayed, or at least the hits from
them do. Over the last decade or so I decided
to explore the lesser known crevices in Dylan's
oeuvre, and found some neat stuff. Not that
I didn't know about Blood or Desire -- I had
Blood on 8-track, so it's not exactly a recent
discovery.

But everyone knows about the big 3.

Did I mention that bobdylan.com is an amazing
site? Check it out.

could anyone recomend any bob dylan songs to me? Im thinking I might check him out and only recomend his best songs (in your opinion) please because what Ive heard from him so far hasnt been so great (in my opinion). Thanks.
