I just wanted to mention that last week I saw someone wearing both a New Kids on the Block t-shirt and hat. I didn't have the heart to ask if it was meant in a spirit of sarcasm or not. (mostly because I didn't want to know!)

I am almost in total agreement with your list, but I don't know who Tiffany is. I also don't mind Morissete so much.

Tiffany was probably the biggest musical scam, aside from Milli Vanilli, to ever hit the American airwaves. She did this cover of "I Think We're Alone Now" by Tommy James and she accompanied it with this retarded dance thing involving her head and her right hand. It almost reminded me of a seizure...it was dreadful. As for Alanis...good music, but she feels it is necessary to open her mouth.
