Woohoo, I'm going 10 for 10 in the "haven't seen this crap" sweepstakes or is that poopstakes, I'm actually proud of myself. Anywho, How bad does a movie have to be to get 0% on Rotten Tomatoes...wow. Meanwhile Jack Black can create another notch on his belt for most stinky movies by a talented comedian.

The lowest-rated movie I've seen (RT-wise) is easily Ballistic: Ecks vs. Sever (0% with 98 reviews, 2.6 average rating). Panned here.
