The Empire Strikes Back (Hey, I was seven at the time, and ol' Darth's secret sure did shock me...)
Laura (one of the best twists ever, but not nearly as fun if you're actually LOOKING for it)
Mission Impossible (though I am starting to believe I'm the only person in the world who liked this one)

Nice additions here. You may be alone in liking Mission Impossible, but sometimes I think I'm alone in liking The Game, another plot-twist movie I wouldn't mind seeing here.

I like The Game, too - so you're not the only one. Though I think David Fincher did an even better job with Fight Club, I loved it!
Wild Things really belongs on this list, having the most plot twists ever, even during the credits :-)
