it's so hard to make a list like this... but there are a few beauties in it... visions of johanna... beautiful. or god only knows. i have the 4 cd box 'the making of pet sounds' all the a vocals parts are a capella on this cd. very very beautifull. if i had to make a top 10, ik would be something like this..

i'm a big fan of waterloo sunset also, i read recently the rolling stone review of the 500 greatests songs, i think it came in 42, that's just ridiculous
Visions of Johanna - its about time someone listed this as their favorite Dylan song. Good choice.
