These names on an album are usually good signs of groovy sound quality. Usually. Sometimes, studio interference can wreck even most of these guys' works.
I could easily do a hall of shame, but at the moment that strikes me as a bit cruel.

Cruel shcruel.
Hey, I was in a kind mood yesterday! Stick around; I'm sure it can't last long... ;)

Thanks for the list! A few I'm not familiar with. Now I can search via their names for completed projects. Sort of a backward way to find new music, but so many of these guys can turn old into new it's usually worth the search. Someday when you're feeling a little mean, I'll be waiting for that list of worst offenders. ~;^)
Perhaps it is a powerful sign of my potent positive outlook, but I tend to remember the names of the folks I like much better than I can recall the folks I don't.
Despite this statement, never fear if I forget your name! Or perhaps you should...
I do notice that most of the reissues Abbey Road Studios churns out fail my ear tests miserably. This probably does not bode well for any future Beatles remasters. I also cringe at Peter Mew's willingness to remix, edit, and generally muck with whatever tapes he gets in his hands, although in fairness, he has done some decent work at times.
And yeah, those two above have converged before...
Shalom, y'all!
