  1. Within ^ Doggett heads an FBI manhunt to locate Mulder, Scully and Skinner go to the Lone Gunman for directions and find out that Mulder was going to die in a year.
  2. Without ^ Gibson Praise, Arizona desert, shape shifting bounty hunter, Doggett gets assigned to the X – Files.
  3. Patience ^ Scully and Doggett investigate a series of murders that seem to be the cause of a bat- human.
  4. Roadrunner ^ Scully gets trapped in a small town with some really fucked up people, Doggett tries to find her.
  5. Invocation ^ A little boy comes back after vanishing ten years earlier and seems not to have aged a day but he isn’t what his parents thought.
  6. Redrum ^ Man accused of killing his wife has no recollection of where he had been for three days gets a second chance, look for Danny Trejo
  7. Via Negativa ^ Doggett investigates a series of very violent murders that seem to be caused by a cult leader that can project himself into his victims dreams, Scully checks into a hospital concerned for her baby, very good.
  8. Surekill ^ The agents investigate a series of murders that seem to be the result of a person that can see through walls.
  9. Salvage ^ The agents investigate a series of murders that are caused by a man whose cells were completely altered by a liquid metallic substance.
  10. Badlaa ^ The agents investigate a series of murders caused by a mystic Indian shaman who can manipulate the human mind.
  11. Gift, The ^ Doggett searches for Mulder, goes to a town that Mulder was at before he was abducted, realizes Mulder was trying to free a Indian spirit that heals by suffering, Doggett and Skinner solve the mystery and Doggett saves the poor damn creature.
  12. Medusa ^ Doggett and a team of experts attempt to find a man or pathogen causing strange deaths in a Boston subway.
  13. Per Manum ^ After the agents start investigating a women who was murdered during child birth and whose baby ended up being an alien, Scully starts having fears that her child will be an alien to but it ends up the agents were being fooled from the beginning. Good episode.
  14. This is not happening ^ Scully, Doggett, Skinner and a new bitch from Doggett’s past agent Monica Reyes investigate abductees that are being healed by none other than Jeremiah Smith, Doggett mentions his son to Reyes for the first time, they find Mulder, dead.
  15. Deadalive ^ After an abductee is discovered in the middle of the ocean alive but dead, Skinner exhumes Mulder’s grave and he is alive, but dead, Krychek and Doggett get into it over a vaccine for Mulder, Mulder comes back to life.
  16. Three Words ^ Mulder is rejected reinstatement into the X- Files, Doggett is kidnapped and used by an ex- con to get information from the census department out, Mulder must comes to terms in trusting Doggett but fails to do so and it almost costs him his life, Doggett’s informant turns out to be a bad guy.
  17. Empedocles ^ Reyes goes to Mulder about a case involving the death of Doggett’s son through a vision that she had, Scully confides in Doggett to believe and Mulder and Scully have some personal reflection.
  18. Vienen ^ Mulder and Doggett get trapped on an oil rig with a bunch of black oil infected riggers, Mulder lets go of the X- Files and is fired as an agent, Doggett finally sees some truth.
  19. Alone ^ Scully decides to take a maternity leave so Doggett gets a new partner, who isn’t the most qualified, they get trapped under a house by a lizard man, Mulder and Scully come the rescue, Doggett’s new partner quits. Good episode.
  20. Essence ^ Billy Miles attempts to kill Scully because her baby is special, more human than human, Skinner, Doggett, and Mulder send her off with Reyes, while Krychek gives them the vital information about an invasion that they need. It turns out that there are some agents in the FBI that are like Billy Miles, aliens.
  21. Existence ^ Scully and Reyes get to a safe spot so Scully can have her baby they are discovered. Mulder, Skinner, Doggett and Krychek deal with Billy Miles and some super soldiers that are in the FBI, Scully has her baby, Skinner Kills Krychek, Doggett and Reyes get together to investigate Kirsh, Mulder and Scully kiss over their child, William.
