  1. Beginning, The ^ Episode after the Fight the Future. An alien has evolved from the black oil inside of a man, the agents try to hunt it down with little help from the 12 year old clairvoyant and no help from their replacements Diana Fowley and Jeffrey Spender.
  2. Drive ^ Mulder is forced to drive without stopping or slowing down when a man with a very contagious and deadly virus takes him hostage.
  3. Triangle ^ Awesomely shot episode has Mulder stuck on a liner from 1939 in the Bermuda triangle and Scully with the help of the lone gunmen try to track him down.
  4. Dreamland ^ Mulder switches bodies with an Area 51 employee in a very funny episode.
  5. Dreamland II ^ Mulder searches for a way to reverse what has happened to him as his opposite enjoys the luxury of a more fit life.
  6. How the Ghost Stole Christmas ^ Mulder and Scully get trapped in a haunted house by two poltergeists that just want them to kill each other, and they do.
  7. Terms of Endearment ^ Bruce Campbell in an amazing role is a demon who just wants a normal child and tries to have one with like three other wives and fails, to his surprise he is tricked.
  8. Rain King, The ^ Mulder and Scully investigate a man who seems to be able to make it rain wherever he is but it turns out to be the meteorologist and his love for one of his co workers.
  9. S. R. 819 ^ Skinner is infected with nanoparticles that nearly kill him, the agents search blindly for what really is going on and Krychek ends up to be the reason.
  10. Tithonus ^ Scully hunts a man who is immortal and who knows when someone is going to die and then he takes their picture.
  11. Two Fathers ^ Cassandra Spender turns up and the agents discover more truth around her being a human alien hybrid.
  12. One Son ^ The syndicate is completely infiltrated and destroyed other than the cigarette smoking man and Krychek, the alien invasion is postponed by the faceless assassins and Diana joins the CSM.
  13. Agua Mala ^ The agents are stuck in Florida by a hurricane and sea monster almost kills them.
  14. Monday ^ A women must stop Mulder and Scully dying during a bank robbery that occurs over and over again almost the same way.
  15. Arcadia ^ The agents go undercover as a married couple in a planned community that was built over a land fill and has a garbage monster. Has a visual mistake in it.
  16. Alpha ^ The agents investigate murders caused by an ancient dog spirit from Japan that can become a man.
  17. Trevor ^ The agents pursue a convict that can pass through solid objects.
  18. Milagro ^ Awesome episode about Mulder’s neighbor, a writer, who is the prime suspect in a series of murders and who Scully falls in love with.
  19. Unnatural, The ^ Mulder is told a tale about an alien who played baseball for Roswell, NM and was protected by a local policeman during the 1940s.
  20. Three of a Kind ^ The Lone gunmen encounter Susanne Modeski while infiltrating a conference in Vegas.
  21. Field Trip ^ The agents get trapped underground after finding two skeletons and deal with realities caused by an alien slime and mushroom dust, lets just say it’s a bad trip.
  22. Biogenesis ^ The agents find a spacecraft off of the ivory coast that has writing on it with evidence that life originated somewhere else in the universe.
