- Redux II ^ Scully lies dying from chemotherapy as Mulder seeks out the Cancer man to find a cure and does.
- Unusual Suspects ^ Flashback episode has the three lone gunman meet for the first time at a convention and help Mulder and Susanne Modeski stop a covert government experiment.
- Detour ^ invisible wood creatures attack the agents as they are on their way to a conference.
- Post- Modern Prometheus, The ^ Funny episode has the agents helping a Frankenstein like creature in a rural and very strange small town.
- Christmas Carol ^ Scully discovers that her sister may have had a daughter.
- Emily ^ Scully finds out that her sister daughter is actually hers from when she was abducted and that the little girl is going to die, so she tries to adopt it.
- Kitsunegari ^ Sequel to Pusher has the agents hunting down the guy from last time but this time he has a partner and she is as deadly as he is.
- Schizogeny ^ The agents investigate a series of murders in a small town that seems to be cause by the trees themselves.
- Chinga ^ Stephen King co wrote this episode, Scully investigates bizarre murders in a small Maine town it turns out a little girls doll is the main reason.
- Kill Switch ^ Artificial intelligence turns out to be the prime suspect in the murder of the one of the inventors of the Internet.
- Bad Blood ^ Very funny episode has the agents investigating vampire like murders in small Texas town. Look for Luke Wilson’s cameo as the town’s sheriff.
- Patient X ^ The agents discover more hard evidence about the colonization as groups of abductees are burnt to death by faceless alien assassins.
- Red and the Black, The ^ More shit gets fucked up when the agents discover that the colonization will fucking happen.
- Travelers ^ Flashback episode has Mulder investigating an X- file that his father was involved in that had to due with a killer that removed organs that may have something to do with the Gov.
- Minds Eye ^Blind women is prime suspect in a series of killings but it ends up her father is the actually the one doing it but the blind bitch can see through his eyes.
- All Souls ^ The agents question their faiths as victims turn up with their eye sockets completely burned hollow.
- Pine Bluff Variant, The ^ Mulder goes deep undercover to infiltrate a terrorist group and ends up finding that it was a suicide mission.
- Folie A Deux ^ Mulder questions his own sanity as he starts seeing what a crazy man saw in his boss that is a very evil thing.
- End, The ^ The agents discover a 12 year old little boy who can read peoples minds and has the ability to solve all of the phenomena in the x- files.
