- The Honor Harrington series by David Weber
- About: The books follow the career of Honor Harrington as she works her way up the ranks in a future-based world and its space-navy. The books shine for developing characters, politics, technology, and military techniques throughout the world of Honor Harrington as each one progresses. While this is military sci-fi, the books avoid being overly dry. There is much focus on inter-character relationships.

I'm hoping to compile a list of all the books I've ever read that I really enjoyed. Think of this as my personal library. And when you stop by, you can borrow a book. Or rather, a book title.
I tend to like stories with happy endings, strong female characters, funny quirky characters, and a high conversation to description ratio. [ If I open a book and it's two pages of describing a tree, I'm probably not going to like it. I want them to talk to each other, not stare at walls!] I'm also a big fan of series, so expect to find many listed here.
I have tried to post the books for series in their reading order. The red dot (
) indicates where I am in a series I haven't finished yet. A check (
) next to a book title in a series indicates a book I've read / am reading out of series order.
