I recently went a-lookin' for Scaruffi's top picks, given his pretty high batting average with me, but what was all the more interesting for me was the strange/obscure albums that I couldn't find. Has anyone heard these? Are they worth hearing?
By the way, these picks come from SellMeAGod's list here: http://rateyourmusic.com/list/SellMeAGod/scaruffitize_me__capn__pt__2 and compilations and EPs are not included.

Mundus Subterraneus is worth hearing if you're into Jon Hassell, Terry Riley, & Steve Roach (not to mention Schulze).
My brother owns both Premonition and Clockseed, and he says they're both really good so it's worth checking them ou.
With Lullaby Land being bumped up recently to "all-time favourite" status, I really should get around to hearing the other Vampire Rodents albums. They're pretty rare, though, as far as I can ascertain.
I've just found:
Lightwave - Mundus Subterraneus
The Lofty Pillars - Amsterdam
Vampire Rodents - Clockseed
