Tired of the "the book that defined a generation" from the 20's popping up number one on numerous top novel lists? I am. I'm not claiming that any of these novels is neccessarily the best novel of all time. I didn't meticulously order these with minutes of brow-furrowing thought. Simply: each and every one of these novels is better than the Great Gatsby.
