I have just purchased and built my first PC, which is basically an entry level but lets me play pretty much anything, so I'll share my thoughts on games as I play/finish them.
I watched the first hour of Bioshock on YouTube and I gotta say it got me really excited. Unfortunately that is all that is available to watch. Too bad. The game looks like a masterpiece on just about every level.
Also I watched a bit of Okami, which I enjoyed a lot. Only thing is I thought the gameplay was pretty weak. The brush thing gets old quick and the combat looked uninspiring and repetitive. Still, the story, art style & music were awesome.
Oh and Mass Effect was a huge letdown. Everyone was saying it had the best story of any recent game...man was that some trite 2nd rate science fiction. Anyone played that one disagree?
