A few comments from an ex-comics geek:
Although DC plays pretty loose with power levels (characters grow and ebb according to the issue), I fear Wolverine, with his healing and skeleton, would slaughter Batman, who is basically a well-trained human with gadgets (unless he has radically changed since I quit reading). Captain America would seem a closer match, with his gadget being an unbreakable shield.
Superman would beat Hulk pretty easy, even if ol' green/grey were in a rage. In fact, I can't think of a good hero match-up off the top of my head, although Galactus might be a decent foe.
Just a few thoughts. I know the Marvel folks much better than I know the DCers...
