You should really have a look at "Lawrence of Arabia". This is (without a doubt) the best film of 1962, if not the best film ever made.
"Lawrence" is a film that I regret not having yet seen... but considering my enthusiasm for "The Exterminating Angel" (my favorite full-length work from my favorite director), I dunno if it'll end up atop the '62 pile. I'll try to see it ASAP though, just to be sure.

I sure did. Dreyer may just end up trumping Bunuel as my favorite filmmaker of all time if his other films are as good as the ones I've seen so far.
