Cloned From:

I can't wait to see Silent Light and The Duchess of Langeais.

They're both pretty awesome, Silent Light in particular.

The Strangers is really that good? What tickled your fancy so much?

In the words of "Kentucky Fried Movie," I believe the Dread Pirate was "scared shitless."

Why yes. Yes I was. THE STRANGERS was some scary shit in my opinion. The fright genre pared to its essence.

Very glad to see your high rating for Synecdoche. That daring, ambitious film hasn't gotten enough respect.

I think it's because it's the kind of film that practically dares you to hate it. Kaufman flummoxes all the usual ways of responding to a film. I'm almost positive I love it, but I might be wrong.
