Funny little list, this one. There's one in Vancouver that I always liked called Cycle Path. I'm pretty sure it was meant as a pun.
This exercise would be quite difficult in England, I think, as they love their puns here. The fish 'n' chip shops alone would be exhausting. "The Seafood Plaice", anything with "Sole" in it, etc.
My favourite here is "The Hempest", as it combines two things I have a soft spot for.
It was hard to exclude all the ones I've collected from other states, especially for some reason, laundromats: Brain Wash, The Washing Well, etc. I think I need another list for all pun shops outside Vermont.
And what a fun excuse to tour England eating fish and chips. Research for listology, that's what I'm doing, people. Research for listology. Pass the vinegar.
You should just put all the puns for all of the states on one list.
