Inspired by jfrazier57's use of Cosgrove's use of Emerson's list, which was in turn inspired by yvgeny's use of it.
A few more to go, I guess!

Wow, you are so close to beating this one. I'm actually making an effort to, although at my pace I probably won't succeed until well into next year.
I'd love to get all the way through it, partly because I've read or heard great things about most of them, and partly because I just love the idea of completing a list! I think all of them except maybe The Scarlet Empress are Netflix-able DVDs, so it should be do-able. The one thing that will probably make me pretty slow in completing it is that I usually rent DVDs via a lottery system (I recently described it and why in a post I have on my "Most shocking gaps in your viewing history" thread), so it could be a matter of days or years before they get picked. On the other hand, none of them is really obscure, so most or all are likely to be shown on Turner Classic Movies, IFC, or some other channel at least once a year, and since I do watch the schedules and record stuff, I may see them faster than I think! I just looked at the ones you have left on this list, and of those I've seen, I'm truly jealous of the experiences you'll have, seeing some of them for the first time. Several of them would be on my "Not Sure I Can Live Without These" list. :-)
