- Wuthering Heights (Wyler, 1939) -- I was about 13, so not sure it counts...
- Bicycle Thieves (De Sica, 1948)
- Umberto D. (De Sica, 1952)
- The Cranes are Flying (Kalatazov, 1957) -- just a little
- Nights of Cabiria (Fellini, 1957)
- Rocco and His Brothers (Visconti, 1960)
- West Side Story (Robbins & Wise, 1961) -- not sure it should count -- I was 11 when I saw it and cried
- The Miracle Worker (Penn, 1962)
- The Shop on Main Street (Kadár and Klos, 1965)
- Best Boy (Wohl, 1979) -- watched while 32 weeks pregnant and hormonal...it's "cry-worthy," but I can't tell if I would have cried under normal circumstances
- Camille Claudel (Nuytten, 1988)
- Daddy Nostalgie (Tavernier, 1990)
- Toy Story 2 (Lasseter, 1999) -- apparently I have major "toy guilt"

I almost never cry watching movies or plays, even if I think they're very, very sad or moving. I'm going to list the only films that I can think of that have made me cry. I don't believe that their effect on me is any indicator of their quality, or how moving I think they are compared to other films...they're just the ones that happened to make me cry! (I only just realized that De Sica's managed it twice, though...hmph. The Italians really seem to have the edge!) I'll add more if I can think of any.
