I saw Word Wars when it played in SF a few months ago. It's pretty good, definitely worth seeing. Beware that it makes you crazy to play Scrabble for about a week after you see the film.
Meh. I might check out the scrabble one if it gets good reviews. I wanna know what's up with Michael Moore Hates America, though, since it's already missed it's target release date of 'summer 2004.'

I'm looking forward to it, and perhaps I'll be immune to the bug, since I've always been a crappy Scrabble player.
If you haven't read Word Freak by Stefan Fatsis, it's a very entertaining look at competitive Scrabble. Highly recommended.
Funny, I added this to my "to read" list just an hour or so before you posted this. Still a good tip though!
