The first trailer from the Brothers Wachowski produced, Natalie Portman starred in, James McTeigue directed (who!?) film adaptation of Alan Moore's graphic novel V for Vendetta is online.
And it looks pretty good, from someone who just recently re-read it for the first time in... 15 years? I'm still nervous about the whole thing (the book is a work of art), but if it has even a smidgen of the book's politics, the controversy around the film will be deafening.
I liked it, too. If you aren't familiar with the cast can you guess who is playing the part (or at least being the voice) of V?
Oh, I already had that spoiled for me! But I won't say, in case other people hadn't heard.
