An Overdue Tweak Gets Its Day

This one has bugged me for years: when are viewing your own list of lists, there is a golden icon next to each list that has gotten a comment since the last time you saved it. Formerly, the only way to clear this icon was to save the list, even if you had no changes to make. This would clear the icon, but it would also bump your list to the top of the "recent updates" box, even though nothing had changed! This is finally fixed. Now all you have to do to clear the golden icon is click on the icon itself. The screen will reload and it will be cleared.

Well, Jim, with all the new features you've created tonight, you probably need something to add to your to-do list, so I figured I'd request something for whenever you get the chance.

Sometimes I have found a typo in one of my lists, and I would like to correct it without alerting the entire Listology community of my error by having it appear on the "Recent Activity" page, and without having it appear under "Recent Updates" because it's not like I really added any new items to the list. There have also been some other times when I have wanted to make inconspicuous changes to my lists but was unable. Do you think it would be much trouble to add an option of "Discreetly Save" in order to make minor changes to lists that don't appear under Recent Updates or Recent Activity?

Done!

:-) Okeedokee, I'll add that to the list. Hey, if anybody else is reading this but doesn't keep up on the "home page" news, I implemented a ton of new features this weekend. Here's a fairly comprehensive list. Check 'em out, let me know what you think. Let me know if you have any requests. After this flurry of activity passes, it might be awhile before I make more updates, so speak now!

I always wondered why those icons turned yellow at certain times. Never bothered to ask why, I suppose.
