Netflix Feeds
Wouldn't you know it, a few short months after I hack around Netflix's lack of support for making queues public they go ahead and provide a public interface to all kinds of stuff (including queues), as they launch RSS feeds! Damn, more programming for me. Still, great move by Netflix!
Incidentally, if you aren't using a news aggregator you really, really should be. It's the only way to consume large chunks of the web in short order. Bloglines is my aggregator of choice. Here are my feed subscriptions. Go ahead and get yourself an account and subscribe to a few. You'll never look back. Oh, if you look close you'll notice the not -yet-announced Listology feed in my subscriptions. It's a great way to consume the "Recent Activity" page. « via Hacking Netflix »

Is the Listology Recent Activity feed working completely yet? I susbscribed to the one you had at bloglines, and it doesn't seem to respond to things like "show posts from the last 72 hours" or anything, and when I do something on Listology, it doesn't show that there's anything new on the Listology feed.
Should be working. Bloglines only polls feeds hourly, so updates don't show up there immediately.
Bloglines is great! Thanks for the link/suggestion!
But, why do some in-blog-post hyperlinks appear when fed through bloglines, but not others? For example, all the links in posts for "Teaching The Indie Kids to Dance Again" show up on my bloglines feed page for that blog, but not so with "music (for robots)." I guess that's probably a question for the Bloglines people and not you. Still, a minor annoyance.
Oh my God! I had more than 120 feed subscriptions on Bloglines and then I checked one day and they were ALL gone! Bloglines SUCKS!!!! Even if I could remember all 140 I had, it'd take FOREVER to re-subscribe to all of them! GRRRRRRRR - LUKE SMASH!
oh, thank goodness! They're back! Almost had a heart attack...
Not sure I know what you mean. I haven't noticed links behaving other than I'd expect.
hmmm... maybe it's my browser (Opera).
Gosh, your bloglines thing looks fantastic. Now, if only my registration email would arrive...
Is there a way for me to clone your subscriptions when I get my account so I can start from there?
nevermind.
