I highly recommend that absolutely no one within eyeshot of this post try this method for obtaining copy-protected music from Napster and converting it to plain, old-fasioned WAV files.

Ain't protection-breaking fun? And easy?

And if you can't 'break' it, and only care about the high-quality music and not the raw data, you can always record the played audio straight from your sound card. Link.

Those record companies really understand technology.
