Making 'The Shining' is a 35-minute documentary short directed by Vivian Kubrick, daughter of Stanley. You can watch the whole film online. It's interesting seeing Jack Nicholson act like a regular human being.
Also, I found out that Jack and Scatman Crothers were good friends _and_ this was the last of 4 films they made together.
I'd love to see a documentary film which has a corresponding making of scene for every scene that made it into the movie.
