I've been toying with the idea of creating a Favorite One-Hit-Wonder Songs music list. But I lack the musical memory. Anybody feel like taking a crack at it (you'll have to login before you can create lists)?

hmmm, I like the idea, Jim. I think I'll make one. But what exactly did you mean? The only smash-hit by a particular performer, after which they totaly disappeared from Earth?

Exactly. Tubthumping by Chumbawumba would be a perfect recent example (which is probably why it's referenced as it is on this list).

I can't pretend to come up with such a list but my favorite is "96 tears" by ? and the mysterions.
