Free Albums Galore Goes Medieval

I've scored two free albums I love off lukeprog's weblog, Free Albums Galore: the first is by John Fleagle, Worlds Bliss: Medieval Songs of Love and Death. What an interesting voice that guy had. The other is from the Kyiv Chamber Choir, Masterpieces of the Ukrainian Choral Baroque. So peaceful. I've been loving my dinner music this week. Thanks Luke!

Thanks again for the plug! It's surprising how much response there has been to the pre-Classical stuff as compared to the contemporary ambient, electronica, and experimental releases I post. The exception is The Neurons' Dance, by far the most beloved album on the site so far.

Wow, a Neuron posted on your blog! That's totally cool! Sounds like your traffic numbers must be up quite a bit since last we spoke, if folks you link to are taking note of spikes from you. Congrats!

I normally blow off the electronic stuff (a taste I haven't acquired yet), but I'll give this one a shot, thanks!

Okay, downloaded, and I love The Neurons. But I really don't have time to go exploring the vast field of electronic music right now, so you just cut out expanding my horizons, thankyouverymuch. :-)

Oh, Brad Sucks is excellent too. You're on fire lately! Or maybe you've been on fire all along and I'm only just now noticing.

There's nothing else I can recommend on Free Albums Galore based solely on you liking The Neurons, anyway. Disregarding your command, I do encourage you to try Liszt's Sonata in B Minor if you haven't already - it's my personal favorite of all the music I've posted to the blog so far. Okay, enough horizon-expanding for now.

Duly downloaded, thanks!

Checked my stat pages. You caused me a major traffic spike from this post - thanks! :-) Now, if I could score a mention on Boing Boing...

Cool! It's nice to hear Listology is capable of generating a bit of flow. I'll certainly suggest your site to Boing Boing...
