Ruined Music has an interesting premise. Contributors recount why certain songs have been forever ruined for them by some traumatic life-event, e.g. a lost love, a break-up, etc. Anyone on Listology have a song that's been ruined for them for whatever reason? As the site says: "Tell us your story. Feel better. Reclaim your record collection."
Interesting to say the least. Compelling, yet inherently depressing as hell. But thanks for the link. ~;^)
Pure coincidence I just surfed in from www.absolution-online.com ; www.confessionjunkie.com and www.grouphug.us. It seems there may be something to this "putting it down in words" type of self-therapy.
